ASAP's SandZappers can be used to remove solids (as small as 10 microns) from wastewater, produced petroleum fluids, frac flowback water, construction site water, and hydroblast water.
SandZapper 8K2D: Process capacity of 283-424 gpm (9,700 - 14,532 bfpd) with a respective range of 40 to 80 psi of Differential Pressure

COMING SOON! ASAP will offer a lower-cost, smaller-footprint solution to remove oil from the water phase downstream of the FWKO. This equipment can be added to your facility for immediate results, or take the place of a skim tank to more efficiently recuperate trace oil (up to 1% inlet concentration) from the water phase drawn from your separator(s). The WartHog works with the pressure of incoming fluid or a supplemental pump, with no moving parts, resulting in lowered operating costs for water processing facilities.
