ASAP designs and manufactures the Magma series of Shakers to provide the best value in removing solids from drilling fluids and slop oil sludge. The Shaker can be outfitted with a hopper to handle mine tailings.

SCREENS
• Magma Shaker uses pre-tensioned screens (23"X 46"), the most popular screen in the industry
• Adjustment of the screen is obtained by means of a wedge instead of tension bolts. The wedges make installation and replacement easier and quicker; they can be installed on and off in a matter of seconds.
RUBBER MARSHMALLOWS
• Effectively handle basket vibrations and produce very low noise levels
• Avoids high-decibel noise levels associated with conventional steel spring shakers during startup and shutdown
ANGLE ADJUSTMENT CONTROLLED BY A RACHET
• The ratchet can be easily replaced and is a standard item in any hardware store
• The inclination of ASAP's Magma Shaker extends from -1 to + 6 degrees to handle different drying angles
SHIELDED ELECTRICAL WIRING
• Magma Shakers use armored, transparent, insulated cables
• Most wiring is shielded by the unit's structure and frame
• Insulation protects cable connections against moisture and impact
• Cables are transparent to facilitate visual inspection

• The Magma Shaker comes in two configurations:
1) 4-panel model (114" L, 75"W, 52"H), typically for drilling rigs
2) Smaller 3-panel model (91" L, 71"W, 52"H), typically for workover rigs
